下降等問(wèn)題，使設備擠出過(guò)程中塑化性好，生產(chǎn)較穩定。另外該擠出機采用高效節能電機驅動(dòng)裝置、紅外節能加熱圈，有效降低了
生產(chǎn)能耗。該設備具有結構緊湊，外形美觀(guān)，占用空間小，操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可用于生產(chǎn)各種小型的板材、型材、棒材制品。
The extruder has our patented design for screw and barrel ,which can be used to process more than 1.5 million molecular of
the powder material. By overcoming poor flow ability, Mechanical properties decreasing due to easy degradation, etc, The
extruder can have stable output and reliable plasticization during production.
Also the extruder equips high efficient and energy saving driving motor , infrared energy-saving heaters, reducing energy
consumption.
The extruder has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small space, easy operation etc, can be used to produce a
variety of small plates, profiles, rods products.
